Ingredients

 

2 level tbsp cocoa powder

2 tbsp sweetener

1 x 175g pots Muller Light Vanilla yogurt (or use any Free vanilla yogurt)

1 tsp vanilla extract

 

Method

 

1) Put the cocoa powder, half the sweetener and 3 tablespoons of water in a small bowl and stir well.

 

2) Put the yogurt in a small jug and stir in the vanilla extract and remaining sweetener.

 

3) Swirl the cocoa mixture through the yogurt and pour into 8 x 80ml dariole moulds or ice-lolly moulds. Insert an ice lolly stick into each mould and freeze for 8-10 hours or until firm.

 

4) Whenever you fancy a sweet treat, turn out an ice pop from its mould and enjoy!

 

Tip: If you don't have a lolly stick attachment for your moulds, you can still hold the sticks in place whilst the ice pops freeze. Fix a sheet of tin foil over the top of the moulds, make small slits with a knife and gently push in the lolly sticks.
